My carpets were heavily soiled in a few areas. It's was around 9 years since last cleaning. I used VCC a few times and always did a GREAT job. Mike has cleaned my carpets in the past and returned on 5/15/24. Mike recommended using the RX-20 for a better clean to increase the odds for cleaning the soiled areas. It worked. Mike did an AWSOME job and would HIGHLY recommend VCC. Gary J
