Just updating my previous review. The company did send a field supervisor to take a look at the broken unit. They did repaired the broken piece. I would give the company a 5 star it if wasn't for the way they process everything. While fixing the broken piece the tech continued to state that it was not his fault and that it wouldn't have happened if the unit wasn't a made in China. Over all I appreciate the company's customer service and how they acted to resolve the issue but not the way their technicians conducted themselves.
Just for reference the unit was a Senville mini split unit.

Had an issue with our toilet the super brothers teams was super responsive and able to come out with a tech very quickly. Boris shower up and was very professional and informative of the steps he was going to take to resolve our issue. Went above and beyond to ensure that the issue was resolved. He was fast and clean would reccomend Super Brothers for any plumbing needs. I also got my heat pump water heater installed with them last year and it was a seamless process they made it super easy. They are the first people I call with anything plumbing.

Our water heater started leaking recently, and I had to replace it. I contacted four contractors, including Super Brothers. When Dmitriy, the manager/owner of Super Brothers, came to see me, he was very professional and courteous and explained everything that had to be done in detail. In simple language (no double talk). Their quote was very detailed and competitive compared to the others I received.
I selected Super Brothers. The techs showed up on time and were very professional and courteous. The quality of the materials used and the craftsmanship of the installation were top-notch. After the job was done, they cleaned up the work area thoroughly. The project started and finished on time.
Kathy, the customer service representative, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She responded to all my emails and messages in a timely manner and texted me reminders about the upcoming appointment.
My experience was seamless, and we're delighted with the results. I highly recommend Super Brothers. I have already given them two more contracts to do more work for me!
