I had a very nice experience working with PSM to create a headstone after my father's burial.Sergey and Lidiya were very helpful in answering my questions and explaining my options without feeling overwhelmed.They were very thorough, excellent communication, and always very prompt to reply to all my questions. The artwork for the headstone was exactly as we designed on the first drawing. They listened to us! My wife and I worked with Sergey for an entire year to design, produce, and install our Byzantine-type future gravestone. It was an amazing experience fully supported by Sergey’s excellent expertise, meticulous attention to every single detail (many of which I would have missed), dependability, flexibility, kindness, courtesy, and enormous patience with us as we meandered through several options.
