So pleased with the maintenance service I received today. My appointment time frame was 11am-1pm and Sherm arrived just about noon. After a quick chat, he went to work. He came back, explained what was happening and my need for a replacement part. Upon my agreement, he completed the work and was done. He also replaced my filters for me. I will be needing a new AC unit sooner than later, and Sherm quoted me a price which I believe to be fair. He is an honest guy, and I will continue to use this company for my HVAC needs.
