We arrived 20 minutes late and the front desk staff was friendly and able to accommodate us without issue. We were there for the senior yearbook photo only which was no cost. We were very happy with Cole as a photographer, he was extremely detail oriented, attentive and provided clear direction on placement to her. He was easy to be comfortable with and she smiled naturally and beautifully for her photos, which is very hard for her to be comfortable enough to do, especially for the pressure of senior photos. Experience may be skewed because terrible communication by school. Made reservation online, shown up with son and they were confused about his outfits. School wanted casual and tux outfits. We guessed and ordered a premium seating. School included the options, so we shown up and they wanted to do 4 outfit changes (tux, casual, cap and gown, and ?). "So you're going to wear this plain white undershirt?" No,b he's wearing that because your paperwork told him to, we only wanted ... back and forth until manager(?) resolved the issue. Second in line, and still took half hour before his session. Those who came in later were going to be sitting for awhile ( get first appointment)
We had our son's senior portraits done today. I was apprehensive because I read so many negative reviews. However, we had an excellent experience. Each photographer was professional and easy to work with. They even showed us some proofs. They also allowed my husband and I to jump in on his cap and gown pics! So, don't always believe what you read. I know the cost is expensive however (at least for us) we only have this chance once! Good job prestige. We may even come back for a real family portrait!
