Such a great experience! We have a 3 year old cat that was rubbing and scratching at her ears and just acting differently. We had heard good things about Mercy Vet on local facebook groups and from a friend that had just started taking her dog there. Our cat is very finicky about being touched by strangers and doesn’t even let me clean her ears without freaking out. We thought for sure she would need sedation, but she didn’t! The way they handled her was so amazing. We loved the staff! They were patient and kind. Took my frenchie there for the first time based on a friend’s recommendation. I highly recommend Mercy Pet Hospital. They took care of him right away and they are friendly and supportive and most importantly same day appointment.

They took my cat as a new patient when got sick when no one else would and they got me the next day. They helped me keep the cost reasonable as well. 8 months later, I had to euthanize our kitty and they were so kind, understanding, explained the procedure very well and they were extremely patient and kind with my kids who had to come with me to do this bc I had no sitter. Highly recommend.
