I found Lumen Health Services when I was going through a difficult time and feeling stressed every day. I had no idea what to expect, but the therapist treated me well and was not judgmental of me. After a few sessions, I began to feel good and learned to deal with things in a healthy manner. I would like to thank all those who provided support and guidance.

One of the receptionists was extremely unhelpful, not Crystal, since she’s always friendly and professional. But there was another receptionist who handled my call when I needed to reschedule one of my Wednesday appointments to Thursday. I explained that Wednesday usually works for me, but I had a dentist appointment that week, so I just needed to move that one session to Thursday.
