The founder is genuinely one of the nicest and most caring people. It is a good company that provides a wide variety of treatments, with each therapist utilizing their own unique skill sets to support their clients.
One of the receptionists was extremely unhelpful, not Crystal, since she’s always friendly and professional. But there was another receptionist who handled my call when I needed to reschedule one of my Wednesday appointments to Thursday. I explained that Wednesday usually works for me, but I had a dentist appointment that week, so I just needed to move that one session to Thursday.

Today was My first video appointment.the therapists made me feel Very confident And comfortable talking to her about myself she was very understanding and she listened and communicated with me on ways i can help myself 🙏
The receptionist Crystal is very nice and helpful while trying to set up appointments. the therapist i was seeing was very supportive and helpful throughout my time of need. Good company 👍
