I reached out to Leak on Lock and a few other water-heater-related plumbing companies. We needed a very old solar water heater on the roof drained and capped off from the water heater so that the roofing company could safely remove it. Mike from Leak on Lock responded immediately and gave me a quote based on the pictures and videos I sent him. Then we talked on the phone and discussed the option of replacing the water heater as well since it was nearly 23 years old.
