John has come out a few times over the years for big and small jobs--from excavating my yard for root intrusion on a pipe to clearing drains--and I will always call him for any plumbing issues. He is responsive, communicative, and honest. He always finishes quality work as promised. While no one wants plumbing issues, having someone with so much integrity who you can trust in your home and with the inner workings of arguably one of the most important pieces of your house really brings a sense of relief when problems arise.

Mike did a great job & was so helpful installing 3 new faucets, fixing 2 leaky ones, and helping diagnose a tankless water heater! He was available immediately, very clear with what was needed. I didn't feel like I was being rushed when we had to make changes in the faucet mid-service. THANK YOU
