Best did a great job of repairing our dishwasher. Frank was very helpful, explained the problem and after ordering a part, installed it and tested the washer...all with a friendly attitude. And the price was FAR less than buying a new dishwasher. We were very satisfied.

I recently had warranty work on my Sub-Zero refrigerator. The switch that turns on the inside refrigerator lights was defective and quit working. I called the Sub-Zero service/warranty number and they very quickly found my local repair company who happened to be Best Appliance. I could not have asked for a better experience. From scheduling to their communication before, during and after the service call, Best Appliance demonstrated the utmost professionalism and competence. My technician, Dennis, was exactly on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the replacement part was not on the truck and needed be ordered.
