This facility provides the best possible customer service in a service area that presents many challenges. Few customers are in a good mood after being informed their car needs a smog check, but this place makes it as painless as possible. They offer their services for a reasonable cost in the quickest manner possible. Just call and schedule an appointment. I've had two cars checked there, a BMW X3 and a Volvo S60. I appreciated each appointment.
Came here on a Friday about 12 ish (lunchtime) Two cars had just left and when I pulled in another left about three minutes after. After parking I when up to the one of the guys who quickly attended me. If you want to be treated like royalty this is not the place. This guys are here to work not to win customer service award of the year. They do attend you, ask questions and get you in and out as fast as possible. I think I took 15 mins in all. The price is great. Oh, I was here for a smog test btw. Smooth!
