This is a simple shop in a Mobil gas station, and I went there to get smog plus brake and light check so I could re-register my car with the DMV as salvage title. On the phone, they were the only one offering reasonable prices, and willing to answer all my questions.
In person, they were even better. I failed the brake test (it was not unexpected because I knew I hadn't serviced the brakes in some time).
