I’ve been coming to The Sugar Room for about a year now and I’ve been loving it! I was considering taking a short break because sometimes the sessions can take a little long and since I’m pregnant I don’t like to suffer lol. However, today I got a brazillian and full leg sugar wax with Vanna and WOW she blew my mind!!! She worked so fast and efficiently! It made the process way less painful and the experience was so enjoyable that I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is my first time trying sugar waxing and this has been the best experience of my life. Jackie made sure to ask the right questions and made me feel super comfortable. At some point i kept forgetting i was waxing with a stranger, she felt like a friend to me. I am 100% coming back and will be a routine. She will be my new go to girl for sugaring.

There’s honestly no place I’d recommend for sugaring services other than The Sugar Room. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, & the exceptional service is what keeps me loyal. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, & happy to answer any questions. Every visit feels comfortable & welcoming, no matter who you see. The space is consistently clean, & it smells amazing the moment you walk in!

I’m new to the area and I’ve been getting sugared for a while back home, so finding a good place out here was really important to me. I came across The Sugar Room in Chula Vista and I’m not gonna lie… I’ve been going here ever since. This was literally my 7th appointment and every single time has been a great experience.
I usually book with Jackie and she is AMAZING. Super fast, super thorough — my wax is done in like 10–15 minutes, no joke. She really takes her time to tweeze any stubborn hairs (which I appreciate sooo much because I deal with ingrowns), and they always moisturize you after. It just feels like a full, quality service every time.
The whole vibe in there is great too. All the girls are so welcoming and professional, and you can tell they actually enjoy what they do, which makes a huge difference especially with something this personal.
Today my regular girl Jackie wasn’t there, so I saw Kayla for the first time and she was the sweetest. We had such a nice conversation that honestly distracted me from the whole process. I would definitely book with her again too.
Also, their products?? So good. I have really sensitive skin and I’ve tried a lot of things that never worked for me, but what they use/sell actually made a difference. The exfoliating mitt + oil combo is amazing, and the PFB for ingrowns and dark spots has been working really well for me.
And let’s be real — $65 for a full Brazilian? You can’t beat that.
Overall, I would give this place a 1000/10 if I could. There’s a reason they have such high ratings. If you’re thinking about getting sugared, just go here. You won’t regret it.
