I had kidney ultrasounds here today. I couldn’t be happier with service and professionalism of the staff. I had an appointment set with referral from dr and was cash pay client. As with all healthcare facilities these days, there just aren’t enough of them. I arrived 15 minutes prior to appointment as requested. I was checked in quickly, even though there were some folks in the waiting area, and I was taken back for my appointment within 5 minutes of my appt time. The technician was very professional and he was thorough and respectful.
I will request any other tests needed to be sent here. Always go with patience and kindness and that is what you will be met with.
I’ve called two days in a row around 4:30p to make an appointment- I keep getting a message that I have reached your office after business hours. Then I’m told the times you are open- of which I am calling. Not able to leave a message. What is wrong with your phone system?
I’ve even tried at 11:30pm before your lunch hour- but get the same message. Does the receptionist stop answering calls 30 minutes before lunch and close? Ughhhh
Went a week ago around 11 am for my X-ray as a walk in and got assisted right away. Staff were nice and area was clean. Special thanks to my X-ray tech Randall (quite not sure if I got the name correctly lol) and another tech who helped me during the test because I had an anxiety attack as the lights were kinda dim. They had me sit down for quite a while and they gave me water and a snack until I felt better. Got my test results in the app a day after.
