I called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist was immediately condescending and unhelpful—you have to really hate your job to talk to people like that.
I called back my referral manager who said my referral was likely faxed to the wrong number… even so I asked them to change my referral elsewhere. To the receptionist that’s obviously having a bad day: fix your attitude or find another line of work, until then I’m gonna pray for you.
I made an appointment for a mammogram. They had no openings unit 4 months 😟
When my appointment day finally arrived they called me to cancel my appointment and I was told that I had to wait another 4 months to schedule a new appointment because they didn’t have any available technicians.
Your service is terrible and I’m not going back again.!!

I’ve called two days in a row around 4:30p to make an appointment- I keep getting a message that I have reached your office after business hours. Then I’m told the times you are open- of which I am calling. Not able to leave a message. What is wrong with your phone system?
I’ve even tried at 11:30pm before your lunch hour- but get the same message. Does the receptionist stop answering calls 30 minutes before lunch and close? Ughhhh
