My mother is very happy with Dr. Rosa Navarro's treatment. She is a very attentive professional and her dedication to patients is evident.
However, if you come as a companion, I recommend bringing closed shoes and a jacket because the office is quite cold. Also, they have a fan that stays on all the time and they don't allow you to turn it off, which makes it feel colder. Other than that, the service is excellent.
The doctor and the doctor are very good but they should change their staff, they are very despotic. One speaks to cancel the appointments and then they say that you didn't cancel it and they scold you and one speaks to change them.

Receptionist Erica and Manager Carmen were completely unprofessional and extremely rude when attempting to schedule a 1st time appt. At some point the receptionist denied medical care after going back and forth with me about basic intake questions. Manager answered the phone yelling, “YES??!” with attitude. Horrible clinic and can’t imagine how they treat their patients.
