Usually like going here since it’s sooooo close to my home but lately they have been lacking. I made an apt for full set+ pedi at 3 and didn’t get seated until 3:25 then the pedi didn’t end until 4:50 so I literally didn’t have enough time to spend 3+ hours at the nail salon… so I only got my toes done

not so professional. The tech working my my pedi does an amazing job while the other tech working my nails does an ok job. I showed her photo of what i wanted on my nail which is the round, thin french. Instead she gave me sharp nails, thick french and two she filed two of my nails crooked. I love the Professionail off Washington in Hillcrest. They're the best, i assumed i would get the same experience and treatment here. This place was busy so i guess its hit or miss.

Fourth time I've been there and everytime has been enjoyable from the mani to the pedi to the back massage on the chair.I also like that you don't have to move between the mani and pedi
