I Went to Kassandra she's in suite 123 At Phenix Salon, In the Chula Vista mall. I haven't gotten my hair done in many yrs because I couldn't find a hairstylist. I liked or felt comfortable with. Then along came Kassandra she did an amazing job. I just loved the way my hair turned out she cares about your hair and takes care to make sure your hair is healthy and treated before she even starts the highlight process. SHE also explains everything she will do to your hair, In my case, My hair wasn't ready to take the bleach so she helped me make it ready and I went back for treatments, not once but three times then when she felt it could take the chemicals she did my highlights....read full review
