I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Martin and his entire staff. I had a seizure at work and knocked out/broke my three front teeth almost entirely. I take very good care of my teeth and this was genuinely my worst nightmare becoming real. Before even being seen, Dr. Martins staff was beyond courteous and empathetic to the situation and made sure I knew I was in good hands. After 2 root canals and some serious molding and sculpting, I couldn’t be happier to say, my smile is on its way back and better than ever. Dr. Martin and his team are the best! I always recommend him because of his quality of work, empathy, and office cleanliness. You can tell that he cares for his staff and his staff cares for him, which is very important because you can tell everyone is happy to be there and in turn they make all their patients feel welcome as well. My family and I have been going to him for many years and have never had any complaints whatsoever.
Let's just say I LOVE DR MARTIN AND HIS WHOLE TEAM! Britney hands down some great of the best customer service I have ever received! She new exactly my co-pay and what other charges I would have before my next visit also had my Pre-authorization done before I left. No hidden costs! I am getting my husband to switch as well as two of my co-workers. For me to write a review it takes a lot! I could stay the whole day and visit with them all.
