I visited Marque Urgent care with my son the other day. He fell and hurt his wrist. I looked online to see who took my insurance and which clinic was close to home. Right when we walked in we were greeted by Cassandra and she helped get my son checked in. After submitting the paperwork, we were called back within 10 minutes of arriving. The nurses were very thorough in asking questions and taking my son’s vitals. We saw the Doctor about 5 minutes after getting into the room. His exam was thorough and his bedside manner was exceptional. My son got an X-ray and we were done. The entire process was fast and thorough. Great customer service and friendly staff. Last time I was there I could not hear very well so Dr. Melody Saysana did examine my ears and she diagnosed that my ears were impacted with earwax. Oscar did clean my ears and I liked the fact that he was explaining the process as he was doing it, he showed interest in my wellbeing and at the end of the procedure my hearing was normal. I highly recommend this clinic 👌
Violent TV show took this to 4 starts from 5. Everything was great (the MD, the staff, the outcome and treatment) except waiting on the MD the TV was on showing very violent content. That is the absolute last thing stressed hurting people need to be seeing. We need calming TV such as travel channel, nature channel, calming music etc. Those details matter. The TV was just on mindlessly without care of the impact. I feel staff should choose the TV channel thoughtfully, so the entire person is treated with care.
