I am coming back to review this business as I had them prepare my taxes 2020 taxes; there were signs that I chose not to ignore and I never went back. My current tax preparer wanted to look at our 2020 taxes and had to correct MANY mistakes that were made. First mistake, when the taxes were done, I happen to look at the social security number and it was my phone number. What social security number starts with 414??? At that moment, I should have taken my taxes and had them prepared elsewhere. Second mistake, our daughter was a student, she was never claimed as a dependent on our taxes; she was not old enough to be an independent!!!! so that mistake has to be corrected... read full review
