For the most part they are really good and friendly, there have been instances in the past we’re a mistake was done and they just apologize but no accountability or try to keep the client happy. Lately I have noticed that they do try to fix the issue and make sure the client is happy

Went to Kathy's nail as a walk in. We were needing a gel manicure and full set. They took us back right away and they were very nice. I had Leann and my mom has Tammy. Very nice ladies.
