Had an absolutely horrible experience with the 2 men that replaced the flooring for us. They disrespected my home, flooring, were absolutely disrespectful to me and my family and destroyed our bathroom cabinets with their unprofessional work as retaliation. When they were spoken to about their behavior they refused to continue the work and spoke to us with so much aggression. They damaged the paint on my walls and toilet seats which had nothing to do with the work. I called the company to notify and no call was returned. Avoid them and go elsewhere. They are amazing, thank you!

Absolutely the worst vendor we’ve used in 35 years of owning commercial real estate. After being very clear about exactly what we wanted, thickness, color and style, they came and installed paper thin crap, wrong color, wrong style, wrong thickness. Left glue on the baseboard, walls and doors after we specified absolutely no glue down!!! Luckily we caught them before they installed the floors at another property at the same time and the installers had the gall to be mad when we told them to turn around because the same thing happened. We specifically said no glue down, 12 mil, and spaced a color. They showed up with totally different color, flooring that was as pliable as wet noodles and were going to glue it down. I could go on about several other their other shady tactics but suffice to say, never use these guys. Can’t say it enough, BAD CONTRACTORS!!!!!!!
