However, the practice has faced some issues with rude and unprofessional receptionist staff in the past. Additionally, the building's accessibility can be a challenge, with the front entrance only accessible by stairs. No answer They never answer, the receptionist is very rude, and they always lose the references—you have to send them multiple times; it’s a complete, disorganized mess.
I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS ORTHOPEDIC CLINIC., very unprofessional treatment tours the patients. They take weeks to return a call and months to make an appointment.
After One hour and 40 minutes holding on the phone, Q5.. Q4… Q3... Q2… Q1 and then I find out... THEY CLOSED! They have no respect or value for the our time and the never apologize!! And after 10 days of waiting they refused our insurance!! Cash money their first concern? Anything less than one star? Like a stone!
