    Update: Ever since I left this review, I am now receiving emails from Honda stating that I refused service on my vehicle the day I went which is completely false. I guess they dox anyone who leaves a negative review. I’d appreciate it if they would leave me alone, thank you!!

    Hate doing this but I write this in hopes of saving others their time & frustration. I purchased a car from them back in September. Everything was great at first.     Employee yelled at us because his "house cat" attacked our tiny dog in the parking lot. Claimed it was our fault, regardless of the fact that we had our dog on a leash, and then cussed us out because we asked why there was a house cat wandering a dealership in the first place.

    the 'service advisor' system makes no sense. My service advisor was unavailable for 1-2 hours, and nobody in the entire facility other than my advisor is able to tell me if my car is ready? I called 3 times and nobody had a clue whether or not the car was ready, said I'd have to wait for my advisor to give me a call.. He did call earlier in the day, but left no voicemail and was unreachable after that... Just stupid lol... read full review
