This dealership and the whole auto group associated with this dealership posts fake ads for cars below market price and then attempts to bait and switch into cars they "have available". I wanted to know what the price of a vehicle and that was too difficult to do for their sales dpt. Maybe they arent interested in selling cars.

UPDATE (2/8/2025) Honda Chula Vista STILL owes me money. No call back, no one answers the phone when attempting to contact the office. Roberta in Finance and Andres in Sales are perhaps the WORST and most disrespectful people I’ve ever had to deal with. DO NOT buy here.
Worst post-purchase customer service I’ve ever experienced - across all departments. Bough a Honda from here a month ago, sales process was great, excellent experience. However, it’s been straight downhill from there:

Beware with service department Took my car in for a recall and they mismatched my vehicle with another vehicle resulting in mileage inconsistency on my car vehicle history Now see what Im going to do Tried calling service department 5 times with no answer. My vehicle originally 50k miles and they input it with another vehicles 29k miles
