I had a great experience at Concentra. From the front desk to the nursing staff and doctor, everyone was A+. Very professional throughout the visit. I was able to complete my health history online ahead of time, so everything was ready before I was called to the back. The doctor was thorough, and I was able to renew my medical card recertification without any issues. Highly recommend.

I was a bit scared of coming here because of the comments.... but my experience wasn't that bad. After checking in, my name was called within 10 min. I would've given this place 5 stars but omg after I was brought to the room where you wait for the doctor ? I had to wait an hour to see a doctor. I'm pretty sure they forgot about me because someone came in confused asking if a doctor had come in already and after saying no, a doctor came in within seconds. Other than that, staff was pretty nice.

I had to visit Concentra for a pre employment physical. I dreaded coming because I know these types of clinics can take hours. However, I enjoyed my entire visit. From entering the lobby to checking out I was greeted by helpful staff. They were transparent with wait times and how some rooms may be filled warranting a longer wait time. Keep in mind, this clinic was packed when I entered!I wish I asked for everyone’s name. Despite this, I was called to the back within 15 min and met Jessica. Jessica was amazing, professional, and still very friendly. There was a wait with finding me a room but the front desk receptionist was honest that this may happen.
