“I brought my 2012 Chevy Colorado four-wheel-drive pick up in for oil change and transmission fluid service based on a mailer that I got from courtesy Chevrolet SanDiego. Making the appointment on the phone was easy, and when I arrived, my service advisor, Rafael Ramirez, took great care of me. He even made a suggestion on oil change service which was a much better deal. Instead of waiting, I opted for a free Lyft ride to/from my house and picked up my freshly washed pick up within just a few hours. Courtesy Chevrolet treat people well. I will definitely be back for more. :-) UPDATE: I was having some intermittent electrical issues with the HVAC system on my 2012 Colorado pickup, and asked for Rafael's help and guidance for a solution. He was able to work with the techs to troubleshoot, identify and eventually rectify the problem, no small feat all while maintaining regular updates to me, and all at a fair cost. Rafael Ramirez, you should do coaching for the Service Team; I continue to be a happy, satisfied customer and would recommend Courtesy Chevrolet to anyone!“
