I brought my 2012 Chevy Colorado four-wheel-drive pick up in for oil change and transmission fluid service based on a mailer that I got from courtesy Chevrolet SanDiego. Making the appointment on the phone was easy, and when I arrived, my service advisor, Rafael Ramirez, took great care of me. He even made a suggestion on oil change service which was a much better deal. Instead of waiting, I opted for a free Lyft ride to/from my house and picked up my freshly washed pick up within just a few hours. Courtesy Chevrolet treat people well. I just bought a 2024 Trax and I just want to say that everyone from the Manger Justin who treated me with the higest repect to Ernie, who showed me car after car until I found the one I just had to have to Fernando & Clarissa in finance taking care of me answering all my questions and helping me understand it all to Chad who showed me all my cars functions. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend my friends and family here.

I recently bought a truck form Courtesy Chevrolet. It is my 3RD time doing business with this dealership. This is the reason for the 5-Star. I have purchased 2 trucks and sold 1 back. The service exceeds my expectation every time, so I don't go anywhere else. I would like to acknowledge Joe Piza specifically.
