She takes the time to walk through and explain everything and answers all your questions. I would go to her for all lash and brow stuff. “this is my before and after! i came in with faded copper that had been box dyed and came out with this beautiful ash blonde. my only complaint is i think the bleach was left on a little long since they finished foiling at 1:30 and didn’t wash until 3:20, however i think in order for me to have gotten these results it might have been necessary, im not a professional so i dont know but i can say im 1000% happy with the color and it is exactly what i asked for! thank you!“
