I received Andre's contact information from a friend at work — someone I would talk to about real estate whenever I needed a break from being at the computer in our office. Sometime in March 2025, I reached out to Andre to get a feel for who he was and to see if I’d be comfortable doing business with him.
In August, while I was deployed, Andre completed my pre-approval for a home loan. I just wanted to see how much I could get approved for based on my financial situation at the time, and he got me approved for a great amount that fit within my budget.
By October, I submitted an offer on a home in California — all the way from Japan — and it was accepted. Andre helped me far beyond what I expected throughout the entire process and guided me all the way to closing in November.
Working with Andre showed me his patience, knowledge, and trustworthiness both in his profession and as a person. I would recommend him to anyone pursuing their first home purchase or looking to build a real estate portfolio. I’m looking forward to doing more business with Andre in the near future.
