At first, I thought my keys were lost, so I contacted Amazing Lock Service. They responded quickly and we set up a time to meet. However, I eventually found my keys and called them to cancel our appointment. Philip was incredibly understanding, displaying no annoyance and keeping a friendly attitude. If I need a lock change in the future, I will definitely call on their services again. Their work ethic made a significant impact on me. Undoubtedly, they are worthy of a 5 STAR rating here in Bonita.

The tech was & professional & punctual. However, it ended up prepaid. We were told the credit card number given them to prepay was not accepted. This card was from great Sam Roadside Assistance. So we ended up having to pay cash $37.83.
