Just had two amazing examples of customer service in this trip to Albertsons. First a gentleman name Gerardo, who was stocking produce, took the time to go into the back to find an item that wasn't out on shelves, found it at the bottom of a stack of pallets and took the time to retrieve some of these items for me. On the same trip, I left my cell phone in my shopping cart in the cart return area of the parking lot when I came back looking for it a half hour later one of the cart attendants found it and turned it in to the manager appreciate both of these employees For their hard work and integrity.

I went to pick up some Chuck Roast on sale A great price. The butch was so nice I forgot his name very attentive, and very polite too This why I shop over here. And produce is good too here. A lot of sales going on. I also shop for my buddy too while I'm here I was a very clean store

I want to make a suggestion for the bakery department to take payments over the phone for orders. I have a lot of family members coming in from out of town and the last thing I want to do is go by the bakery and pay for my cake in person and then go back and pick it up. The person taking my order was very nice and professional.
