They are unafraid to issue citations with fines. I've lost count as to how many I've received over the years!! Many generations of my family have been living in 'The Country Estates' since the 1980's, so I've seen the community transform and evolve through the decades. I'd say it's the most desirable community in the city of Diamond Bar.“
