I thought maybe I will rent for one more year but 3% only is needed for down payment and lender pay all my costs for loan. Lender give me more than $10,000 and I only pay down payment. I like chatting agent. She is not pressured me. Agent is patient. We saw 14 houses in one day and I choose one of the houses. It take less than 30 days for me to own a home after I'm ready to buy. I am happy not to rent. Rent costs are high in California. I recommend Abby for agent and Michelle the assistant.“
