“"I wish I would have started my Physical Therapy at SSR."This is a common statement that SSR receives from patients. They are simply the best. A typical session starts with a heating pad, percussion massage, STEM and stretching with a PT or PTA. They are very thorough and take their time. Unlike my previous PT experience, SSR has no limits and how long they will work with you. Often they ask patients if they can stay longer for their sessions. They focus on customized treatment plans to get where you want to be as quick as possible. They are not trying to keep you in therapy as long as possible. They focus on getting you better quickly and safely. If I had started my post rotator cuff PT with SSR, my recovery period would have substantially shorter. They are so worth the drive down the 91. I cannot reccomend SSR enough. You will not regret working with SSR. The team is amazing and Roger is the best!!!“

“Dr. Joe is THEE best! I’ve suffered—not exaggerating, with Frozen shoulder since 2019. After numerous visits (and bills) with chiropractors, acupuncturists, physical therapy, and even surgery, I found temp or no relief. After only two visits with Dr. Joe, I was already seeing results. Here I am about two months of visits and I’ve had more relief and progress with range of motion than I’ve have in three years! I’ve referred a coworker with similar issues and she’s just as thrilled with her results. Now, her husband may start seeing Dr. Joe too! He definitely knows how the body works and gives great exercises that are easy to do and give nearly immediate results. “The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The training staff is respectful and very knowledgeable. They utilize various methods to help rebuild strength and increase range of motion. The facility is very clean and they decontaminate machines after each use.“

“My Mom is 91 and took classes with Claire at Stand Tall class at the Yorba Linda Community Center for many years. My Mom had a bad fall down a staircase last year and needed physical therapy. She now has Claire come to her home for physical therapy. Claire is professional, upbeat and patient. She varies the PT exercises weekly and helps her balance and posture. My Mom has increased confidence after PT. Claire has been amazing in helping my Mom's mobility and confidence. My Mom feels blessed to have this service of PT in her home.“
“I love coming to this place. The staff is amazing the results are incredible. They have counselors that are there for you anytime you need anything or have any questions. “I really adore the staff. Katie is kind and caring and she follows up on patients. Eddy is very knowledgeable and cares about how patients feel are treated. Chad is an amazing PTA. He's got a great attitude and really wants the patients he sees to be better for themselves. Everyone that I have come in contact with has been amazing as far as the staff. That's why it's sad to see the facility the way it is and how the employees have to work under these conditions. When it rains it gives off a foul smell like mold. There is exposed wires everywhere and the ceiling as well. I come to Cadceus for all of my doctors and it's great but the downstairs looks way better than where I go to do physical therapy. It looks like the place isn't finished. Also, please know that BIM has made a huge difference in my life personally with all of their help and encouragement. I am forever thankful to all of them. “I would 100% refer all my friends and family to physical therapy here. The staff is friendly and proficient. After my ankle surgery I was scared to start PT. Troy made me feel comfortable with how patient he was with me. He pushed me but never made me feel like I couldn't handle it. Jason also knew what to say to me when I was discouraged and actually cried with the frustration of not being able to do the simplest exercises. Every week I look forward to the progress I make towards my recovery. They continue to push me to be the best I can be. They continue to motivate me every week. Because of them I feel great. I'm not 100% yet but I feel like when I complete my my PT I know I will be better than I was before my injury. Thank you for your commitment to my recovery!!“
