Yes it was a long wait, but it happens. Everyone was so kind, and listened to what I needed. Not a normal ear infection kind of visit.
The doctor was exhausted I am sure .. it was the end of the night. She listened to what I was requesting, took her time and followed through with my request. She never rushed ... I felt listened to ... only bad thing! It was freezing in that room!
