I've been coming here since my waxer at EWC moved, and I wish I came here when I first started waxing. The service is so affordable and my waxer, Ash, is amazing and made me feel so comfortable and has been able to complete the service with little to no pain. The place itself is very clean and comfortable.

I have been receiving services at the Pretty Kitty in Chino Hills for many years and I'm always been completely satisfied with my results in my customer service. I have been to other competitors in the past and the quality of service cannot compare. The Pretty Kitty does excellent work and you are in and out in 15 minutes.

Katy was awesome!! This was my first wax and I was so nervous but she was so kind and talked me through the whole thing. I absolutely will be coming back and recommending this place to everyone :)
