My whole experience was very professional and top-notch service and care. The cleaning by Rickie was comfortable and thorough. Dr. Jeong, as always, was informative. Did a great job for me.

We had to switch to Philadelphia square a year or so ago because of insurance stuff. Haven’t had a “bad” experience here, it’s just different, obvious which location gets the most attention. The hygienists are usually very nice, this one complained about her kids, which was a little awkward. Was surprised to have to wait 15 minutes for a 30 minute cleaning and the receptionist who made the appointment over the phone did not seem to be enjoying herself much either. All in all, not horrible, although I do miss going to Glenbrook. That place was practically perfect in every way.
