As always I experienced a fast but thorough service of my car and was even able to get it smogged at my previous service appointment. They even honored a coupon they’d sent without me asking. I feel like any suggested repairs have always been fair and are well explained and documented.

Transmission serviced at a quarter of the cost quoted by the dealership and very happy with the work. Second time using Tedious Auto Repair, and will continue in the future.

I texted for the lady to make an appointment for oil change at 11am on Tuesday a week ahead. She said she will put it down for me. However, when I came, the man said he doesn’t see any appointment at 11am. Their service waste my time. Never come back here again!

Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. The folks that greet you when you come in are knowledgeable and always friendly. I appreciate the detailed print-out with pictures documenting everything they found. If your car needs more work, they list things in order of importance in case you need to make further repairs over time.. I've only had good experiences here.

This place lies!! Went in to get my exhaust checked for leaks because I have been having non stop headaches when driving and they said all was good no leaks but then proceeded to point out every problem possible with my car. Transmission pan leak, break fluid, failing axel etc. A few weeks go by and I decide to get a smoke machine and do it myself and boom I saw smoke going through two holes as soon as I hooked it up. I think I could have saw it from a mile away. A waste of a 200$ diagnosis, what a joke! If you’re thinking about going to this place, go somewhere else where honesty will be given.
Brought it in a second time since they said there were “no exhaust leaks”, to see if there were any gas leaks as that was a common cause for headaches when operating a vehicle. They supposedly found nothing and told me that I would need to leave my Camaro there for them to take it and drive it to get lunch or take it on a cruise in order to find any smells of gas. Basically telling me they were gonna joy ride my car for a few weeks to try and smell gas, funny.
