Booked an appointment online, it was super easy. Great experience for my 3 year old daughter's first haircut. Got the fairy package and a certificate at the end! They only have one girly salon chair but she was happy with Lightning McQueen. Krysten was super sweet, patience, and she knew what she was doing! My little one's hair looks great. Plus, my older kiddo was happily waiting in the game room area.
Over all wasn’t a bad experience but wasn’t the best either. Took my daughter in for her first hair cut and left kinda of disappointed. The experience over all wasn’t necessary bad but wasn’t what I went in expecting. She got a “dry” hair cut (not even the slightest bit of wet) and only got about like a quarter inch off maybe a little less than that (honestly wouldn’t even consider it a first hair cut.) From reading what a child is supposed to get “ Every child leaves styled with color spray, cute flowers, or sparkles.” we left with none of the above and I was highly disappointed as I was hoping to give her the best experience. Kaylie gave my daughter her first hair cut! Kaylie was so sweet and patient. I didn’t have an idea of what to do for her my daughter’s first cut. She explained a few options and I felt very confident in her expertise. I will definitely return to Kaylie.
