Gene Clark the Royal Aire Serviceman that fixed our HVAC was a terrific representative of Royal Aire from the moment he stepped through our front door. Very personable, knowledgeable, and competent person. He fixed our HVAC in good time along with explaining the repair. The repair cost was very reasonable. Our dog Sage is a good judge of character and he liked Gene too! We appreciated the opportunity to do business with Gene and Royal Aire.
The whole team was extremely responsive and prompt, Jake got me scheduled and had their master technician Eduardo dispatched same
Day. He spent a great deal of time on a 100+ degree day on my roof accurately diagnosing and testing every component of my system to find the actual fault. He took great care to explain exactly what he was doing and how he was going to complete the repair. Great communication, expert level knowledge, prompt service and dang fair price on top of all of that. Thanks Eduardo, Jake and the whole team at Royal Heating and Air.
Lacy was very friendly, explained to me what she was going to check and do. Then went about her work. The cover for the filters was dirty she cleaned it, looks brand new! The A/C isn't as loud as it was. No idea what she did, but she is awesome!!
