I’ve been coming to see Jo at Merle Norman for 10 years now. She is always kind and thoughtful when suggesting make-up and skin care products. I always leave with the perfect thing for me! I’d highly recommend Jo and Merle Norman cosmetics.

The experience started off with the sales lady on a personal phone call, she quickly hung up, but throughout my visit, I felt I was an inconvenience. Being the only customer in the store and it being my first time there (which I told her), she had an opportunity to make me a repeat customer. I was disappointed in her lack of helpfulness and salesmanship. Needless to say, her phone caller called again before I ever even left the store. Clearly, she was more interested in her personal life than work. It is not likely I will return.

I came here today for the first time. The woman there was very kind and knowledgeable about all of the products. She helped me pick out a product for my problematic skin and gave me samples of other products she thought I would like. I tried the samples and have to say that I will definitely be back to buy the products. My visit here was very pleasant and I'm loving my hand cream.
