An excellent haircut in a cozy environment. Sandy made me feel comfortable, and communicated with me clearly and patiently regarding my wants. She has a great personality and fantastic scissor skills.

Sandy is an amazingly personable and trauma-informed hairstylist. I met with her today for the first time, so I was a little nervous. I'm super excited about my color and cut results! My goal was to go from vivids to more natural chocolate-y reddish, and we achieved a beautiful milk chocolate/red-violet color that I instantly fell in love with. Sandy also cut my curly hair in a way that lifted a lot more weight off the bottom. My mom loved my shape so much that she's now interested in switching stylists as well! I highly recommend Sandy if you're nervous about someone taking good care of your hair. She walked me through each step, and reiterated as we went along, stopping along the way to make sure I was happy with the result so far. I don't think I've walked away from a slon stylist THIS elated with the immediate result! 👏🏽✨️💜

always provides fantastic service with excellent results. I have curly hair so it's hard to find someone to trust with my hair, but Sandy is great! she also embraces creative ideas and was able to give me an underlayer of color that easily hides while I'm at work. 🥰
