I was told about Elaine while fishing one night and shrugged it off. Woke up the next morning and couldn’t get out of bed. I made the call to my friend and got her number and made the soonest appointment. I laid on the couch for 3 days miserable hardly being able to walk. When I got there I was hoping for her to just to get me walking half normal and she 100% fixed me. Still hard to wrap my head around today! I highly recommend her and will continue going to her!

Having body work by Elaine is amazing. I didn’t know what to expect, but she knows how the body is supposed to work. It feels like she is mapping by muscles. She has an amazing ability to know what part of the body needs work first. Her studio is clean and comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone who needs deep muscle work, help with improving posture.

I'm four sessions into it and rolfing is the closest thing to magic as I have ever experienced. If you are stuck in your life, feeling like you can't let things go, can't move forward, finding yourself with aches and pains, rolfing is a fantastic option to consider.
