I had major work done to my mouth and was terrified about the whole process, but the staff there were truly amazing and wonderful to work with. It was an extremely pleasant experience all around. I would highly recommend them.

I must say.. I was hesitant to even make an appointment w Dr Balderston.. but as of yet I am happy I did! The staff & front desk receptionist are very patient & having a caring nature.. when I met the Dr on my first visit .. I could see a bit why the reviews I read (before Oct 2021) some had mentioned his bedside manor & it was a bit on the gruff side.. but he actually is a very nice guy just very matter of fact type of guy & it comes off kinda rough especially cuz the whole ordeal can be very traumatic for us that need to go to dentures earlier than most.. & it is life altering & changes a lot about life & our confidence in our appearance is at stake & that is in itself...read full review

Good staff,but it definitely is life altering to get dentures, I only did the top but , alot of changes. Dr Balderston don't have any bedside maners the staff gives you all the info you need. I even told him you could be a little more compassionate, you do this all the time but I don't and it's terrible what you go through . But I'm still going because the adjustment needs to be done and the teeth are beautiful.
