I love working out here. I tried one of those local big gyms and never connected so rarely went. Here, at JS I felt immediately welcomed and at home. The trainers are very knowledgeable and watchful. They are able to make alterations so you are successful. It is such an encouraging environment among the members, I have no reservations about telling everyone about it.

Everyone has a story...what hurts?...osteopena or osteoporosis?...Here is a place where you work to reverse the pain and damage. I thought it was my knees...turns out, it was hips. Osteopena reversed in 6 months! Verified by Dexa Scan. Workouts are more enjoyable when you are guided and when you can feel the changes. My son is working on strength training with John for baseball and football. He has been loving it! He jumps out of bed early those days which is not the norm for a teenager. He is excited to report his gains to me and I'm excited to see him making healthy choices.
