I have been working with Happy at Home for two months now. Prior to surgery (which has caused me to be non weight bearing for several months) I interviewed 5 local home assistance companies. I selected Happy at Home, which I interviewed last, because of all the ones I met with they were the only one who showed a real interest in me and my own situation beyond simply checking a box on an intake form. The manager, Adele Schneider, is so capable, knowledgeable and willing to invest with the client in their custom care giving plan; she inspires a lot of confidence in me. Outstanding company to work with and for. The owners are amazing and have open communication for all clients and caregivers. Scheduling team is very attentive and management staff is great. Caregivers all have hearts of gold and receiving training for their clients.

Happy at Home provides very dependable help for my 80+ Mom. Some of the caretakers are truly excellent, and others are just OK, but through a little trial and error we have found helpers who my Mom looks forward to seeing, and who work hard and are sincerely concerned. I do make sure to always give them a plan of what needs to be done. The administrators are usually very good, but every now and then my call gets "lost." But all-in-all I trust this service and will continue to use them.
