The staff are really great! I had a ton of questions about my insurance and procedures, and Jillian at the front desk took time to explain them to me over the phone. When she had to take care of another patient, she was able to transfer me to Macy, who was great at further clarifying future dental procedures. Thank you, ladies, for your patience with me and your excellent customer service!
Just amazed! From the moment I walked in the office everyone was so kind and welcoming. Dr.Scott was great & made my experience the best I have ever had. The hygienist Jennah was so comforting and talked me all the way through my process and took all my nerves away. I Highly recommend Hanosh & Hunter Dental Group to anyone in the Chico or Paradise area.
I recently had to get fillings and I have a lot of anxiety about getting shots in my mouth and the staff was great. So patient and understanding. The dental hygienist I had was named Caitlyn and I thought she was an angel. Offered to hold my hand and everything. I also love that they have TVs on the ceilings over the patient chairs to distract and pass the time. So glad they are now my dentist office!
