So, w/ all the posted negative reviews, our experience may sound like a phony; but, it isn't by a long shot. A major construction firm in Chico which had painted our house, but does not do roofing nor normally refers phone callers to other contractors, referred us to Sierra Roofing. Eric Gray promptly responded at a very busy time sev'l months post-Camp Fire both on the phone and on site doing a roof inspection for necessary repairs on an older two-tile, Mexican barrel tile roof. He was a straight shooter and his recommendations saved us a bunch of money cuz we were prepared to replace the underlay on the entire roof.
