We built a new home this past year and purchased all of our appliances from Ginnos, we had some issues with the dryer I called Steve and it wasn’t a problem getting it replaced with a new one. So polite and so accommodating every time we called I would highly recommend this company and if you are going to purchase appliances they do take good care you. My husband and I wanted to use someone local when purchasing appliances for our new home, and we are SO glad we did! From going into the showroom, to ordering, to communication & delivery, Ginno’s was AMAZING!
Our house was still under construction when we ordered, so they were flexible with our delivery date which was really helpful. When the delivery day came, they gave us a window of 11am-12pm and showed up at 11:05. All three men who delivered the appliances were kind and listened to all of our questions and concerns. The folks in the parts department are always so helpful and pleasant to chat with. I've had a lot of random things go wrong with used appliances I bought lately (I didn't buy the appliances at Ginno's), and if they don't have the part I need, they always point me in the right direction. Thanks for great service.
