I am a cancer patient (soon to be a cancer survivor) that found so much relief from every session. It helped reduce inflammation and pain. It gave me energy almost immediately. I found that it helped detox my body in measurable ways. And big picture, I believe it helped strengthen my immune system so my own cells could fight off cancer. Other pleasant benefits were that my skin held in moisture and appeared great. On days that I was too fatigued for a hard work out, my body burned up to 700 cal each session. I have been getting hydro facials and Amanda is great my skin has improved over the year. I started Cryo, infrared sauna and compression for shoulder pain and arthritis. My pain is improving and I can ride my bike uphill. Without knee pain . The staff is great

Had a great experience here! I received an infrared sauna session, a hydro facial and the NormaTec. Each service was new for me and I thoroughly enjoyed them all. I believe it was Amanda who helped me while I was there and she was super friendly and explained all of the processes in detail to me. Will definitely be back when I can :)
